Twitter count not working

Just installed AddThis. Great plugin and easy setup!
Had one issue though. The twitter count is working properly but not displaying a count. I’ve waited over 30 minutes (I know there can be a delay) to no avail.

I’ve had issues in the past with https, but this plugin seems to take care of that. Any thoughts?
