Twitter Floating Icon not working correctly

Hi. I love this plugin. However I have one small problem. When a person wants to share using the twitter button, the floating icon does not give the share description correctly. But yet the share button fixed at the bottom of the post does.
For example:

However if you look below, the Twitter share button at the bottom of the article works correctly as it gives the heading of the post.
