We checked it at your website and found that any url in querystring is not allowed. For example, you can try pasting following url in your browser’s address bar:
https://miaow.club/?test=http://www.google.com
Twitter login uses redirection url in querystring, that’s why you see the 403 page. You would like to check your server settings regarding this.

by the way, googlee login and facebook login works, but you have to refresh the page
Would you try clearing you website cache?

i cleared the cache but still same issue
I use w3 total cache plugin
