Twitter oEmbed adds Twitter widgets.js code multiple times

    When using Twitter oEmbed functionality the Twitter widgets.js code gets added for every embedded tweet. Wouldn’t it be more elegant to just add it once in wp_head or wp_footer if an oEmbedded tweet is present?
