    Hello there!
    Thanks for this plugin.
    I have a little issue here.
    In my twitter account, Links are being posted separately from the images.
    Like excerpt first, then the link then the image as a media.
    But the post that doesn’t have any images is being posted perfectly with Default Featured Image Placeholder. you can have a look at my twitter posts here https://twitter.com/pr_post or here is a screenshot- http://prntscr.com/fes8uo

    You are mixing together twitter cards and attached images. Top post on your screenshot has twitter card, second post has image.

    Image always overwrites twitter card, so if you want only twitter cards uncheck “attach images” checkbox.
