Can you please provide a link to a specific post on your site, that was published after you’d connected your Twitter account, and that didn’t send out a tweet?

Posts are only shared to Twitter automatically when they’re published, so it won’t be sharing any content from August now.
Did your recent posts share automatically when you published them?

No. No posts have been shared automatically on Twitter even after connecting.
Please make sure that the box next to Twitter in the Publicize settings is checked the next time you publish a post. If you schedule posts in advance, go back to that setting panel in the editor after you click the Schedule button, and make sure the box next to Twitter is still checked.
I looked at our logs for the three most recent posts on your site, and for all three of them it doesn’t appear the Twitter option was enabled. For those posts only Tumblr was enabled, so that’s the only place the posts were shared.

The publicize setting is already checked. I even have to manually check the Twitter button before publishing an article but it still did not go through.
Ok, would you please completely reconnect Publicize to Twitter following the steps at https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/twitter/#reconnecting-twitter ?
