    Hey @mobos,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. This is due to how the Instagram login system works. Please see our documentation on this here, where likely the clients that have this type of setup will have to ‘remove’, meaning separate the accounts so that they can be logged into separate with the account name directly. They can still have the same email. The Instagram documentation has instructions for this here. After they have been separated, you should then be able to log in with the account name and the same password. Finally, you would connect one and log out of Instagram or use a private browsing mode to connect the second account.

    Hi Joel,
    Thanks for your rapid reply and sorry for my late one ;o)
    I’ll ask my client to look into that, so I can display the IG feed.
    Anyhow I know now myself.
