Two clicks needed when submitting comment…

Hi, I tried to search everywhere, but I could not find a solution.

I use latest wp with frank-master and tinymce-advanced plugins and when I try to submit a comment, the first time I click the button, text area of tinymce shrinks and nothing other happens. The comment is submitted the second time I click the button.

Can you help me please? I think disabling the tinymce text area could solve the problem, but I don’t know how to do it, I’ve neither found it…

Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Hi, is there any chance, that by deactivating any plugin I lose the settings for that plugin?

OK, I’ve tried to disable all plugins vie ftp, renaming the plugins folder, but the problem persists…

Your theme & plugin settings are saved in your database and should be retained for future use.

Now I’m trying to figure out, how to switch do default theme 🙂 I presume that ftp “deactivation” of the plugins is pretty the same, as the “via admin deactivation”, am I right?

What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

Then I can only suggest that you switch to another theme. We only support themes downloaded from ww.wp.xz.cn here.
