Two CSV feeds working, third feed (XML) won’t process | ww.wp.xz.cn

We’ve been using your plugin for awhile now with two CSV feeds set up. They still seem to be working just fine, but we need to create a third XML feed and this gets stuck on Processing. It seems to get to 15% sometimes and 30% sometimes. Even after being left for days, it never moves from those positions.

We’ve tried re-creating the feed several times now with no luck.

Can you help?
