So the problem is that the plugin let us choose between BACS and cash on delivery only, we can’t add custom gateway nor check payment
Any solution to add another gateway for receipt uploader ?
Hi,
You can choose whatever gateways you already have installed and activated in your WooCommerce shop. and about not showing upload form, you should check order status and receipt status. We’ve tested and checked this functionality and it came out with zero-error.
