    Hi,

Cleantalk has the ability and also recommends activating two factor authentication on the dashboard dashboard of my website … which is good. But if the security of the Cleantalk admin panel cannot be secured with two factor authentication, then that is actually not that secure, compared to the 2fA security on the admin dashboard of my website … the security that you recommend doing on my website, that same security is not possible on your Cleantalk dashboard. Then the 2fA security on my admin dashboard really doesn’t make sense, because then one can try to get into the Cleantalk Dashboard (NOT 2fA secured). If this succeeds, you can, for example, put my IP address in the blacklist and you can exclude me from the Cleantalk dashboard by setting a different password and a different emailadress. And then I have a big problem.

That is why I think it would be wise to make 2fA possible for the Cleantalk admin dashboard

    Regards,
    Jos

It possible that your admin email is different than yours or web server doesn’t send emails. You can delete this plugin by FTP or Hosting Panel:

    WebsiteROOT/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall

    This should solve the problem.
