Two Fancy Boxes on same page?

Having trouble with a page that has two Easy FancyBoxes.
Using it to open document download forms – combo of EFB, Contactform7, and Email Before Download.
Single implementations on other pages work great!
My problem on this page is that clicking the second link opens the first instance of EFB on the page, not the one I want:

Is there a way to tell EFB that I want the second box/form to open?
