Two Forms

    Hi,

    I seem to have a problem with one of my forms. They are both on the same page and the bottom form works perfectly, however, I’m receiving no emails with the top one.

    Is it not possible to have 2 forms on one page?

    Any advice with this would be amazing!

    WPForms should definitely work with multiple forms on a page.

    When you get a chance, reach out to us via https://wpforms.com/contact/ (click Complete A Form). This will allow us to securely ask for your WordPress credentials so we can login and see if things are configured properly 🙂

    After running some tests on the user’s site it was determined the issue was sporadic email deliverability from sending the emails over the web host. We suggested a SMTP service/plugin such as SendGrid which will alleviate email deliverability problems 🙂
