Hello,

I have 2 forms (CF7) in same page , sepparated by Accordion (From Elementor)

In both forms i have fields for Country, State and City , but everytime when i complete the second form , State Field and City Field is linked to Country Field from first form.

Can you help me ?

no matter how many forms I add in the same page, the fields from the plugin always remain related to the first field with the Country in the first form.

Multiple forms on one page will not work in free version. This feature is not included in the free version. You can try our PRO version to achieve this. You can check demo and features here.
