    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    1) That sounds strange. I can only assume problems with your database, where for example content in the wp_postmeta table can not be written properly.

    2) Make sure that you are not seeing cached results here, and double check that the Shortcode is correct.
