Two Issues

    Hi,

    I have 400 affiliate links, all using TF.

    1) 199 of them are showing as “uncategorized” whereas the remaining are not as I do not use any categorization? Not sure why there is a need to categorize TA links?

    2) In the last 9 months, not one of these links shows any views at all?

    Maybe I have settings incorrect?

    Any thoughts, please?

    1. You don’t need to categorize TA links.

    2. Make sure you have the Statistics module enabled under ThirstyAffiliates->Settings->Modules and also have the “Trim stats older than” option (under ThirstyAffiliates->Settings->General set to 1 or more.

    Hi,

    I had the Statistics Module already enabled but not Trim Stats which was set to 0, now changed to 1.

    Hopefully, that was the problem.
