    Hi, I am using the plugin freer version, so I my problem is depending on this. please confirm this.

    when I create a ticket. I am getting two notification email.

    First one is blank and has only header and footer.

    Second is what I want only, it includes, ticket detail.

    please advise, is this bug or something wrong I did.

    Can you check to make sure that all the email templates in TICKETS->SETTINGS->EMAILS have content in them?

    E-Mail Template – Use HTML Template is checked

    Submission Confirmation
    New Assignment
    New Reply from Agent
    New Reply from Client
    Ticket Will Be Closed
    Ticket Closed (by agent)
    Ticket Closed (by client)

    every module is checked.

    altoug this, I am getting two emails after create the ticket.

    Hi:

    Is there content in each of the templates (all 7 templates)?

    Something else to try would be to do the normal WP conflict check and disable all other plugins temporarily to see if you still end up with the blank duplicate.

    Finally, is it possible that one of the email addresses being used is set up to send a second email via a forward or some other mechanism?
