Two og:descriptions

Hi all. As I’ve posted my blog’s home page on Facebook (http://letslovelocal.com), I’m seeing the correct home page image but the title/description of my most recent post.

When I checked out the page source, I found that my Yoast SEO settings were how I wanted them, but I have a second set of meta data that’s incorrect. I disabled all plugins, hoping that might be the issue.

What I found is that the incorrect meta data (setting the image/title/url as the most recent blog post) is still on the page source when all plugins are disabled.

Any idea of what may be generating this? Thank you!
