    Hi I’m trying to use your free plugin to assist a client with a payment plan subscription method. Everything seemed fine at first until the PayPal IPN triggered and it created a new order number for the same person and it put it on hold (which triggers a new order email to me and a pending payment email to the customer. I am using my PayPal sandbox accounts to test. This is not ideal as it will confuse the client and the customer.

    I see this has been an issue for awhile, is this a bug on your end, PayPal configuration issue? Please let me know asap.

    Also there is no PayPal token set, just IPN notification.
    Did not try API keys, though why would I need them?
    Subscription interval is set to once a month (so it should not generate immediately again)

    Hi there,
    Could be a fatal error when the subscription create the renew order.
    Could you enable the debug log and give me the result of the debug.log file ?

    Hi I can, I rather not post it here, can you provide me an email I can send it to?

    I did notice a few critical errors with another plugin I have installed, I’ll wait to see what you have to say first.
