• Hi,

First let me say thank you for this wonderful plugin. I have already rated it 5 stars.

    My Question is this:

    I have Two popups:
One that opens up automatically after 60 seconds and the other opens on Exit Intent (soft).

The problem is that the popup that opens automatically after 60 seconds will open up even if the Exit Intent popup is open – while the user is filling a form on the Exit Intent popup…

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? temporarily disable a popup if another popup is active on the page/site?

    Thanks,

    Yaniv

@yanivjs – v1.3 in beta now allows multiple Popups at one time. This may help. It would be pretty simple to build in a check when a popup goes to open to prevent it from doing so if another is already open. The problem though is an auto open would simply be canceled not delayed. Though even this may be overcome with some JS.

    Thanks,

I do not program Javascript or php (though I could edit it if you give me clear instructions).

I do need a function that allows only One popup to work at any given time.

If a popup is showing – do not open any other popup.

For me it is essential. Specifically becuase if a popup is showing a form and while the user fills out the form – an auto popup shows up and erases what the user has filled in the form…

I think that yes it would be very good if there was an option within the admin panel to check if a popup is cancelled or delayed when another popup is working/showing.

In the meantime, can you advise on how can I disallow a popup to open if another is already triggered/showing?

    Thank you

@yanivjs – Will have to do some testing and get back to you on this one. May need to make some updates to the core JS to make this easier.
