    Hey, hey, hey,

    I have two questions. I will upgrade to a premium package if it meets my needs.

    My first question is: Can I add a date field to my survey?

    Second question : Can I have every incoming survey come to me as an email? which package do I need? and can I see them on the site?

    Please find the answers to your questions below.

    1) Yes, the plugin has the Date question type available for usage.

    2. The plugin has a feature to send an email to the admin after the survey takers complete the survey.
    To find this option, you can head to the Surveys > particular survey > Email tab and tick the Send email to admin option.
