Two quick questions. (1) How accurate are the daily views. I show a view for today on a post that was deleted 6 weeks ago and appears nowhere on the site. (2) I set the data dump for 1 year, but the highlighted setting above shows the following: Next data pruning scheduled for December 31, 1969 at 8:00 pm. Is there a problem.

    Thanks for using Independent Analytics!

We’re not aware of any issues with the tracking accuracy. In the Pages report, there is a URL included for each page. Try clicking on the URL for the deleted page and check if it’s still there or not.

We haven’t seen this issue with the data pruning before. If you set it for another range, like the last 30 days, do you see this same message? If so, please disable this feature for now while we investigate.

Adjusted the WP Timezone UCT to my location and changed the setting to “Keep Data Forever.” When I just checked it all seemed to be fine. For question two, originally clicking on the URL showed an “error” in its location. While the post was deleted in its original location it still existed as “uncategorized.” It appears the reader found a “previous post” from the post he was engaging and clicked on it which prompted the tracking view and the error message. I removed the uncategorized post and all is good. No problem with Independent Analytics.
