    Hello!

I have a martial arts gym website where i use Forminator for registration. When children under 16 want to register they have to add their parents email also on top of their own email. So i would like to add two reply-to aadresses (child who registers to trainings and the children parent). Is it possible?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @rednasp1

I hope you are doing well today.

This is possible by default as each form can have multiple email fields. You can send the same email notification to all of them or even set up different email notifications for each email separately.

Note, if this is a User Registration form template and you store those emails as users in your WordPress, you can map only 1 email as a user -> https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#registration-and-login-forms

In short, even the User Registration form can have multiple email fields and can be send to all of those emails.

As for email notifications please check our guide here:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#email-notifications-forms

Following your example you will end up with {email-1}, {email-2} tags in Recipients field.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Does the same {email-1}, {email-2} logic work also for Reply-to Email field? So when my client gets a new registration mail and she replies to that, both email1 and email2 get the answer email?

    Hi @rednasp1,

It is only possible to configure one email ID in the reply-to field. If you need to use two different email IDs for reply-to purposes, you will need to set up separate email notifications for each one.

Please feel free to get back to us if you need any further clarification.

    Best Regards,
