Two services reservation time error

    Hi, I found a bug with reservation times

    Services (Range1 and Range2)
    Name: Range1 Price: 0 Capacity: 5
    Duration: 20 min Padding: 0
    Checked: Generate time slots automatically based on service durate
    Checked: Show used slots

    Name: Range2 Price: 0 Capacity: 5
    Duration: 60 min Padding: 0
    Checked: Generate time slots automatically based on service durate
    Checked: Show used slots

    Open hours:
    Day: Tue From: 19:00 To: 22:00
    Day: Thu From: 19:00 To: 22:00

    Working dates
    Tu and Th

    When I select Range1 for a booking… I see reservation times of 20 minutes. OK!
    When I select Range2 I first see times of 60 minutes, but after several bookings this changes with a start time of 20:20 – 21:20 So it has a wrong start time! NOT OK!

    Strange because the times of range2 should be 19:00-20:00, 20:00-21:00 and 21:00-22:00
    This is not correct. Help me please.

    Hi,

    In that case the available times are shared between both services. A 20 minutes booking blocks 20 minutes of an hour but lets the rest of the hour available for other bookings, so a 20 minutes booking at 20:00 hours disable the 20:00..20:20 range, but enables the 20:20 hours as a start time for a new booking.

    If you don’t want to share the available times between both services you can consider other solutions like using different calendars, booking forms or the solutions described at the following page:
