Could you try the ideas from there to stop your theme from loading that custom copy of the jQuery JavaScript library?

I know, and using that user name, I did the first step. I fixed the wrong loading of jQuery.
Unfortunately, your theme’s JS files now contains errors and this is not something that I can fix myself, but you can via FTP.
Please replace the contents of the file
/wp-content/themes/boxes/js/custom.js
on your server with the content from http://pastebin.com/Gkmr9VQb

ok, there were some more JavaScript problems with your theme.
I also had to turn off its custom loading of jQuery UI and some tabs feature.
The FixedHeader should be working now.
