Two sites- Two different languages

    Hey I have two domains hosted by hostgator. I want to make one site in Arabic and the other in English.

    they are two different sites. I have posted a page in Arabic site but when I open it shows

    ٍ”Sorry, We can’t find the page”

    So the interface is in Arabic but I can’t post in Arabic or what? Please help
