Two spam emails got through

I installed CleanTalk 12 hours ago. Yet, two spam emails got through within a few minutes of each other using my “Contact Us” form 7 hours ago.

The dashboard seems to be connected correctly.

It says the “0” have been approved.

I do still have reCaptcha enabled. Should I turn it off? Or do I need to do something different in the configuration of CleanTalk?

I’m really looking forward to this working because a week ago, I suddenly started receiving 50 spam emails each day. Thanks!

Hello, @bren216

There should be no any conflicts between anti-spam plubin and recaptcha.

I’ve tested your contact form: https://playwith.education/contact/ and I got the message that I was blocked.

Could you, please let me know did you receive the message from the email [email protected]?

Thanks for looking into this, amagsumov.

Yes, when I ran the test myself yesterday with [email protected]? using your instructions, it showed as blocked. And, yes, I did not receive one from you for that email.

However, emails from other spammers are STILL getting through when they use my “Contact Us” form. Three more arrived today.

Finally, I found your installation instructions for making a personal list of “stop words.” I’ve added the ones that the spammers use, like “payday, loan.” I’ll let you know if any more arrive after this.

And, if you have further suggestions, I’d appreciate your aid!

Edited to add: WHILE I WAS WRITING THIS NOTE, one more arrived. It had different words than the ones I just put in my “stop list.” Here they are: “tadalafil medicine in india 1250 mg prednisone buy cheap zoloft ivermectin 4000 viagra-50mg”

Well, this HAS the one of the “stop words,” –loans– in the message area, but it got through anyhow.

Email: [email protected]
Name: Loans Online
Your Query:
Message: loans in ohio

This message ALSO got through at the same time hald an hour ago, and it has one of the stop words:
Message: india cialis pharmacy

The Stop-Word feature is a part of paid CleanTlak service. This forum is used for plugin code issues.

OK, I opened a ticket. I thought the free trial would give me the opportunity to try the one feature that I need. That’s the reason I asked here.
