Two Users /Super Admins, different admin languages?

Hello! First off, sorry if I failed to find how to do this in the instructions / other threads.
I set up a multisite network, three different site languages, I’ve got the dashboard for all them in english. Now, I’ve added a new user/super admin. Is it possible for this user to have the dashboards in his preferred language, while I keep seeing them in english? I know you can change it back and forth in site/settings/ MSLS/Language Settings, but it’s a bit time consuming and affects both users…
(On a separate note, it’d be great to be able to edit all translations from the original post editor without the need to switch sites. Any plans to implement this?)

Install Admin Language Per User.
Lets you have your backend administration panel in english or any installed language, even if the rest of your blog is translated into another language. Language preferences can be set per user basis in user profile screen.
Tested on MultiSite.
