Two warnings re. typeform-actions.php

    Installed & activated the plug-in. Used the typeform button — output: [typeform_embed type=”popup” url=”https://fred252.typeform.com/to/UhzLkg”%5D

    The following errors appear on the page (http://aanassaugs-ny.org/?page_id=435), below which there is a “Launch me!” link that works.
