    Hello,

    I have SmartManager Pro.

    When I try to use the plugin now, I get this error:
    TypeError: Cannot read property ‘replace’ of undefined

    And then nothing loads but the header and footer.

    How can we fix this?

    Thank you,
    Tom

    @lazarusadventures,

    Sorry for the trouble.

    Could you please simply sear for var name = value.value in the smart-manager-for-wp-e-commerce\sm\smart-manager-woo.js file and simply replace the same with the below code
    var name = (value.hasOwnProperty('value')) ? value.value : '' and then simply refresh Smart Manager page and do let me know your views on the same.

    Hello and thank you for the response! I tried that and it didn’t seem to have any effect…

    I also installed the plugin update and same results.

    I’d be happy to give you access if you want to take a look at it?

    Thanks again, I appreciate your help!

    Thank you! All fixed up!

    Was it easy fix or something different?
    I’m just a lite version user, wanting to try your software.

    We have added some code and it fixed the primary problem. I prematurely closed the thread, because there is still something not right. but we are looking to see if it is a plugin conflict.

    Having said that… This is excellent software and the support is very good. I strongly recommend the Pro version. It has been a lifesaver if you need to be able to adjust a lot of products at the same time.

    This has turned out to be a conflict with the plugin “IgniteWoo Updater” Still trying to resolve with IgniteWoo. But they have not helped much so far.

    @lazarusadventures,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Could you please get back to us with copy of the ‘IgniteWoo Updater’ plugin at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ along with short issue description, so that we can have a check with the same issue and get back to you with what change would be needed.

    Also, could you please check and confirm that the same issue still persists with the latest version of Smart Manager (i.e. v3.9.23)

    Problem has finally been solved. The newest ignite woo plugin update seemed to do the trick. My Take away from all this: StoreApps is AMAZINGLY supportive, very helpful. IgniteWoo, wouldn’t know. Never got back to me for months after many tries for help.
