Getting an error for everything I try to do on MetaSlider. Worked perfectly fine the last time. Can still see images on the website but nothing can be updated. Some examples of error messages are listed below! Please help!!

TypeError: s is undefined (wp-auth-check.min.js)
TypeError: jQuery(…).live is not a function (media_image.js)
window.create_slides is undefined

Hi,

It’s actually an error from another plugin that didn’t update their code to be compatible with WP 5.5, which was recently released.

We catch and report all errors, even those from other plugins.

Some users reported the jQuery migrate plugin fixing the “.live() if not a function” error though, so maybe try that?

Great to hear! A lot of sites broke actually since WP 5.5 updated their version of jQuery. Hopefully all the other plugins get updated eventually to be compatible.
