TypeError: N2Classes.NextendAnimationManager is not a constructor

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the following console error when I try to access any slide in the admin area of this plugin:

Uncaught TypeError: N2Classes.NextendAnimationManager is not a constructor

Up until now the plugin has been working great. I’ve disabled all plugins except for Smart Slider 3 and have switched my theme over to TwentyNineteen. Even when I make a new slider and add a new slide, I still get the console error. Any thoughts?

Hi @nicholas_benoit

I’ve seen this problem recently when some of our files were missing from the server or for some reason, some old files were not removed during an update. So I suggest deactivating and removing Smart Slider 3 from your site (your sliders will stay). The install it again, preferably via FTP: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/55-wordpress-installation#ftp
And that should fix this problem.
