The popup used to work fine. After the latest update, we are getting errors.

TypeError: t.addClass(“custom-position”).position(r).trigger is not a function. (In ‘t.addClass(“custom-position”).position(r).trigger(“popmakeAfterReposition”)’, ‘t.addClass(“custom-position”).position(r).trigger’ is undefined)

    This only happens on Safari.

    Could you please help?

    Many thanks

Hi @neodjandre – sorry to for the inconvenience.

Since you mentioned that the problem occurs after you have updated the Popup Maker to its latest version, then please always ensure that all forms of caching (browser, on-site plugins, or server-side caching such as Cloudflare) have been cleared/deleted/emptied to avoid this type of issues.

You may also try to temporarily disable the cache of Cloudflare or switch it off temporarily and check it again to see if the issue still persists. You can also reach out to your hosting provider – they should be able to assist you with this.

If that does not helps, I would suggest seeing if this guide gives you anything useful to go on: Checking JavaScript Errors

    Hope that helps!
