I cannot access the payments info on my website, it keeps saying Oops.

The message given is

All plugins are up to date as is the theme. I have tried disabling all other plugins and to use a standard generic theme. This doesnt resolve the issue.

Hi there!

Thank you for providing the error details and for confirming that you’ve already tested with all other plugins disabled and a default theme active.

To assist you further, could you please confirm whether any changes were made to your site before this issue started occurring?

Since you’ve already tried deactivating all other plugins and the issue still persists, could you please create a staging site, update WooCommerce to the latest version (10.8.0), reinstall the WooPayments plugin, and check whether the issue still occurs?

Also, could you please share any fatal error logs available under WooCommerce → Status → Logs? You can upload the logs to either https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share the link in your reply.

Once we have this additional information, we’ll be in a better position to investigate the issue further.

Hello

Thank you for your response.

So I have created a staging site, uninstalled and reinstalled the Woopayments plugin, no change, errors still present.

I have also checked the logs and there are no fatal logs
