Typekit Fonts – plugin abandoned

    My Wordfence scan states “The Plugin “Typekit Fonts for WordPress” appears to be abandoned (updated December 5, 2017, tested to WP 4.9.13).
    Type: Plugin Abandoned”. Now I’m told this potentially leaves my site vulnerable. I’m not sure how to resolve this, what font source to use that might ensure I don’t have to run up against this again.
