Types Adding Installer Submenu to Settings Menu

We just updated to 1.6.4 and were dismayed to find an Installer page added to the Settings menu as well to the Types menu. We’re running a series of multisites with hundreds of users with limited technical skills, and we don’t want billboards with install buttons placed in the hands of people who aren’t qualified to be making decisions about plugin selection.

Please consider removing the Installer page from Settings. I can try finding the hooks and removing the submenu pages myself, but it’s a waste of our overtaxed development resources. Our Views license is coming up for renewal; given this, I’ll be reconsidering whether we will continue to use Types and Views since I’m now developing custom types and themes for our projects anyway.
