Typing Colour

Hey there!

I am using the Contact Form 7 plugin on a website I am currently developing,
it’s an awesome plugin and I use it on a lot of sites that I manage.

on this particular website, I am unable to figure out how to change the colour of the field input when typing.

What I mean by this is, the placeholder text is the correct colour, dark grey.
But when you type in the input fields, it changes to a very light, almost unseeable, grey.

Please help me figure out how to amend this issue!
