    I tested this scenario on my end using the Header Footer Builder, and the header menu appears to be working correctly. You can see it here: https://share.zight.com/geuDqBrp

    The issue you’re experiencing might be related to cache or permalink settings. Could you try flushing the permalinks? This often resolves similar problems. You can follow these steps: How to Refresh WordPress Permalinks.
