Hi,
UpdraftPlus should not uninstall itself, so something external is likely removing or deleting the plugin files.
A few common causes are security plugins, hosting security scanners, malware cleanup tools, automatic management tools, or server processes removing files.
Could you check whether the plugin is actually being deactivated or if the UpdraftPlus plugin folder disappears completely from wp-content/plugins/? Also, if possible, check whether there are any hosting/security logs around the time this happens.
That may help narrow down what is removing it.
Best Wishes,

Hi,
I noticed your site appears to be hosted on GoDaddy. Based on similar reports we’ve seen, this is likely a GoDaddy hosting issue rather than UpdraftPlus uninstalling itself.
There is a similar report here where another user experienced the same behavior: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/updraft-plus-banned-on-godaddy/
Could you please check with GoDaddy whether any security tools or scans may have flagged UpdraftPlus on your site?
Thanks,
Bryle
