It doesn’t depend only on me, so I can’t say for sure.
The plugin uses maps from the amcharts library and they usually add new maps every couple of months. You can see their changelog here:

Hopefully Uganda will be in their next release.

amcharts still didn’t release an update unfortunately:

I have confirmed with them that Uganda will be included in the next release together with some other new maps (Ivory Coast for example), but it seems it’s taking them longer to release the update. I’ll ping them again to check.

The latest version now includes a map of Uganda, as the library finally released an update: https://github.com/amcharts/amcharts4-geodata/blob/master/dist/script/CHANGELOG.md
However, it seems the map is incomplete: https://interactivegeomaps.com/maps/?map=ugandaHigh
I have reported this back to them, hopefully they will update it soon.

This looks quite ok so far and we can work with it now.
Sorry for the late reply, I was travelling.
Our charity organisation or the dev team respectively will have a hackathon this Sunday to reach a level where we might be able to go live with the page. This was one major piece of the puzzle.
