UI issues with WP Reset Snapshots

    Hi,

    That looks like a JavaScript issue. Try disabling other plugins/switching to a default theme and checking if it resolves it. If it does re-enable plugins one by one and see which one is causing it. Then let us know which one it was and we will look into it more and see what can be done 🙂

    Hi,

    I’ve just deactivated everything minus WP Reset and my staging plugin in a staging website. Same error, I’m afraid.

    But changing the theme did the trick. I’m using MasterStudy LMS Pro.

    Hi,

    OK, then that should be it, the theme has a JS error that is breaking the WP Reset page. Since the theme is PRO/Premium I can’t check but you would have needed to contact it’s author anyway for a fix. So reach out to them and I’m sure they will take care of it ASAP 🙂

    Hi,
    I had it reported and just heard back that it has been sent to their Dev team to look into. So, I guess with one of the upcoming releases this should be fixed. 🙂
