Ultimate FAQ – Premium shortcode not working

    Hi I have just recently purchase the Premium version of Ultimate FAQ and whilst all the menu items options so far appear to work, the short codes for the premium side of things do not.
    The Basic functionality is and was working before and after the upgrade and I was happy to pay for the premium version to get the product code.

    Example short code failure:-

    If I put the search short code “[ultimate-faq-search]” on a page any page with either the FAQ’s on it or even say placing the code on a new blank page with just a line of text the entire page is displays as blank, nothing is showing.

    others like [recent-faqs ] are the same.

    I need help resolving this I created a test page located here but there is nothing on it.

    @kevin1955 The author cannot support you here. You are a customer and they know better than do to that.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Send them to your site. Do not support customers in these forums. That’s not what these forums are for.
