Ultimate Member Plugin

Hello, guys!
I have been installed Ultimate Member with a secondary custom link for administrators login (except the users login page). I have deleted the custom link for WordPress and left only the users login available, but when I click on login, the url still appears, followed by wp-login. How could I fix that?
And also, it doesn’t accept the login form and shows a 404 error.
