“UltimateMember Menu Settings” is missing

Hi everyone,

I have been using the Ultimate Member plugin for about 2 years without problem. As of a sudden, I noticed that the Logout option that used to appear on the website’s menu when a user was logged-in, stopped to be there. I checked the website menu, and the option Logout was in the menu-items list, but it did not appear on the menu (as explained previously). Then, I checked inside the menu-item settings and noticed that the “UltimateMember Menu Settings” feature was missing. I uninstalled and then re-installed the UM plugin again, but the problem was not solved. As a result, when a user logs-in, he is not possible to logout as the Logout button in the menu is missing.

Any help would me much appreciated.

Could you please confirm what version of UM you’re using? Does this issue occurs with a default WP theme?

The menu settings are also missing for me, version 2.1.15. Using “ronneby” theme.

Thanks for the reply

I am using the 2.1.15 version of the plugin and the MediClinic Child theme (it is the same theme since three years ago). I assume that the problem has not to do with the theme as it was the same theme when the menu settings were appearing correctly.

I downgraded the UM plugin to version 2.0.4 and it worked. Probably there is a small problem with the new version
