    Hello, I am faced with password reset issues.
    The client changed the password from reset link mail but can not log in.
    You can not use the password before change. (You have also received the change completion mail)
    I also tried the competition test, but it did not matter
    After resetting to the default theme and resetting it was possible to log in (theme problem?)
    Since we already have clients, we can not change the theme immediately
    I would like you to help me on this problem. Thanking you in advance

    · Password is reset even if blank
    · If a strong password is required, you get an error even if you enter 8 or more characters

    Hi @zumiyama,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
    Please make sure that you have the latest 2.0.29 version.

    This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
