    The slowest backup and restore plug-in I’ve dealt with. If the site is a little larger than standard, it takes forever to restore.
    I don’t know if this is normal, but it is impossible to wait more than an hour to restore a 20MB database. Is it possible to do something about this?

    Hello @maestro2012 ,

    Where did you try restoring the 20MB database that took an hour? Was it on a shared web server, VPS, or a dedicated server? The speed of the backup and restore process is heavily influenced by the web server’s resources.

    When restoring the backup, please adjust ‘Database access method’ to PDO​, the ‘PHP memory limit for a backup task’ to 512MB and the ‘PHP script execution timeout for backup’ to 600 seconds in WPvivid settings. After that, let us know if they accelerate the restoration process.
