UM Logout help

    Hi, I am using ultimate member and am having issues with the logging out users. When they logout they are redirected to the homepage, however when trying to log back in they are redirected the the account page that shows them as already being logged in. So they are logged out on all pages except the login page. Any insight would be much appreciated.

    Hello @rmonaghan

    If you see the “You are already logged in” message on the login page, that means your user was not logged out.

    Can you check if you have any redirection setup on your logout page?

    @aswingiri, thank you for your response. I am not seeing a message, on the login page after logging out and then returning to the login page it is showing my account and logout tabs.. if I navigate anywhere else on the site it treats it as if I have logged out.

    I do have redirection set up.

    Hi @rmonaghan

    Sorry for the late response. Are you still having issues? When you disable the redirection, does this issue still occurs? Also, have you tried disabling any caching plugin or server-side cache and see if this is causing the issue?
