UM user Role

Hi, Maybe i’m dense but im struggling with the user roles in UM. I have an administrator who can do all in wp and in UM. I want to make a mod that can do everything exept using Um or at least he cant edit his own role or the admin role in UM. How can i do that? I searched the forum but couldnt find the item. So excuse me if its double
