Un-Exclude (undo) post from Sitemap

Hello, just some feedback/questions about the newest version.

1) When you exclude a post/page/etc from the admin, there is not an indicator that the selected items are indeed excluded. When you view the sitemap, they’re not listed so it does work. But when you go back to the admin exclude page, the pages that you marked are still listed there.

2) Because of #1, there is not a way to now re-include the pages that were excluded.

Other than that, works great and as far as I can tell is not a resource hog. Thanks!
