Unable to access admin section after plugin update

    Update plugin just now, and it broke my admin section. Chrome showing error as “Too many redirects”.The link to which it’s trying to redirect me is – http://wp-admin/index.php?page=cookie-notice-welcome. I disabled the plugin from my hosting control panel. Then the admin part started working. After this, again I activated the plugin from Admin Panel and everything started working normally. I believe its a bug.
